Magnus Production Pallets are designed with selected hardwood veneer and high polymerized resol type thermosetting plastic (phenol) resin. The product is high density with thermoset added black plastic overlay of 270 GSM making it high abrasion resistant.
Suitable for:AAC block, concrete blocks, chemical treatment blocks, soil bricks, concrete bricks, pavers, tiles, ceramic tiles and for automobile sectors.

The veneers are rotary cut then processed with high degree polymerized resin under heavy tonnage compression in a molding hot press. Cooling under compression pressure results in a hard, plain surface with excellent bouncing strength. Magnus Plywood for Prefabricated Construction is a weather resistant, fire retardant and high mechanical strength product. At the heart is a single core hardwood veneer, which is internally bonded with BWP grade E1 (emission level) standard adhesive. Free from formaldehyde emission, the product is safe for human health. Processing with jet type hot air dryers results in uniform moisture equalization. Double pressing through hot and cold mediums confirms high mechanical strength.

| Magnus automotive fire retardant flooring is specially designed for flooring of public transport automobile vehicles. This plywood is made of selected timber and E1 standard BWP grade adhesive. The chemical treatment of this product delays temperature rise, reduces the evaporation of gases, prevents the oxygen content and flame spread. This plywood is ideally suitable for bus floorings, Berths, Seats, Container Floorings, racks and paneling etc. Application:Interior of public transport buses, city buses, low floor buses, high floor buses, automotive cabin, seats & other optional arrangements and fittings. |
Magnus Compreg plywood for Indian Railways is used for making seats and berths of railway coaches. This product conforms to Railway Specifications as per RDSO-IS-C-9407. The veneers are pressed under high capacity hydraulic press under high temperature. Special additional treatment is also given to make product fire retardant according to IS:5509 and IS:15061 standards. The mandatory tests specified by railways are done in our fully equipped laboratories by the trained professionals from railway.

Magnus COMPREG Plywood for Mould & Die Casting is a technically precise product. The manufacturing and testing processes target creating a quality product with high chemical and mechanical standards. The raw materials like veneer, resin and other chemicals are screened for suitability. The timber is sourced from hardwood species like Gurjan (Dipterocarpus) Steam Beech (Fagus sylvatica). This is then steam treated for oil removal and fibre softening to ensure precision lathe peeling. The controlled curing process is designed to roll out a high quality grade product.
