  • Al. sheet thicknesses 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm
  • Density 0.845 to 1.00 gm/cm3
Magnus aluminium composite bus flooring consists of treated hardwood and five bar 1.5mm thickness aluminium sheet pressed in 3500 tonne capacity hot press by hot cold process. It is a composition of high densified product, unsaturated polyester resin and high degree polymer phenolic resin.

Application:Buses deck, heavy automobile floor, paneling, seats, back rest of seats. It can be used for sound proofing, reduction in temperature & vibrations.

Adhesive:
  • BWP grade
  • Unsaturated polyester resin with cobalt and celerator spread at all four side of aluminium sheet up to 4" wide.

Metal Enforced Truck Flooring

Metal Enforced Truck Flooring
  • Total Carbohydrate 2 years
  • Thickness: 12, 16, 19 & 25 mm
  • Sizes 2440 to 3350 mm in length 600 to 1820 mm in width
  • Density 0.845 to 1.00 gm/cm3
Due to metal enforcement, this densified ply does not bend. It has high load bearing capacity. During the manufacturing of metal enforced ply, sheets of metal wires are assembled in between the layers and it is bonded with PF resin in high pressure hydraulic press.

Application:It can be used in truck, commercial vehicle flooring & other industrial uses. Also in automobile sector deck, ceiling, paneling back rest seat, anti skid flooring etc.
