Ingredient
2 Cup Boiled Ajs Pasta, 2 tsp Olive Oil, 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion, 2 tsp Chopped Garlic, 1 tsp Chopped green Chilies, 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes, 1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum, 2 Cup Tomato Juice a pinch of Chili powder, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp dry Oregano, Salt, 1tsp red Chili.
Method
Boil water (for 1 cup Ajs Pasta 5 cups water), add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil and add Ajs Pasta. After Pasta' is cooked, remove from flame, strain and run cold water through it and keep aside. Heat oil (38 tsp) in a pan, and add Onion, Green Chilies and Sauté the Onion till they turn golden brown, Add the Tomatoes and Capsicum and Sauté on Medium Flame for 2 minutes. Add the Tomato juice, Chilli powder, basil, oregano and salt and mix well Cook For 3 min. on Medium Flame.
After that add AJs Pasta and mix well so that the Sauce in Well Coated on to it and remove from flame, Serve hot and garnish with Cheese and Chili Flake.

1 Cup AJs Vermicelli, 1 tsp Oil, 1 tsp Ghee, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 Clove 1 Small Stick Dalchini, 1 Elachi, 1/4 Cup Green Peas, 1/4 Grated Carrot 1/2 tsp Chili Powder, 1/4 tsp Haldi, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, Salt to taste.
Method
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick Kadhai, add the AJs Vermicelli and saute on a medium flame for 5 min. remove & keep a side. Heat the Ghee in the same non-sick Kadhai add the Cumin seeds, clove, Cinnamon and Cardamom and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
Add the Green peas and carrot and Saute on a medium flame for another 2 minutes. Add the Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala and Salt and saute on a medium flame for 30 more seconds.
Add 1 cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 min. with Stirring occasionally Add the AJs Vermicelli and mix well. Cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 6 min's. While Stirring occasionally, Add the lemon juice and mix well.
