Graphite Powder is prepared of quality graphite flakes. The graphite flakes are liberated by successive phases of mechanical grinding in wet phase. Subsequently, the flakes released are separated from the impurities (gangue) by flotation. This process, repeated several times, makes it possible to reach purity levels as high as 95.0% carbon. Our Graphite Powder is well treated and offers high conductivity and is easily available at industry leading prices.

Applications :

Graphite powder is valued in industrial applications for its self-lubricating and dry lubricating properties as well for its electrical conductivity.
Graphite powder is widely used in many market segments such as rubber industries, automotive industries, iron and steel industry, and in the manufacturing of thermally conductive polymers.
Natural amorphous and fine flake graphite is used in brake linings or brake shoes, to substitute for asbestos.
Graphite Powder is used at very high or very low temperatures, as forging die lubricant, an anti-seize agent, as a gear lubricant for mining machinery, and lubricate locks.
