flanged ball valve is available in full port or standard port design. The body is available in carbon steel or stainless steel, trim (ball and stem) is 316SS. The valve is Fire Tested with TFM seats providing superior high temperature performance and chemical Resistance. It can be equipped with a manual handle or with pneumatic or electric actuators. A full range of accessory items is available including limit switches, solenoid valves, positioners and manual override devices.

Series 1530L&T- is a versatile large size multi-port ball valve. It can be configured as a three-way valve with "L" or "T" ports. It consists of a heavy-duty centre section with bolted-on flanged ends for Class 150 flanges, Class 300 Flanges. All body gaskets are Teflon. The valve features four seats for equal seat loading, and ball to prevent excessive seat loading and reduce side loading on the stem. It also features a unique live-loaded cup-and-cone lower stem sealthrust bearing that separates the bearing and sealing functions, as well as a multiple upper stem seal.

Full Jacketed Ball valves are designed in Single-Piece Welded Jacket construction for Standard Bore valves. The jacket extends from one flange to other which is generally oversize with face to face dimension of corresponding valve. The jacket comes in two-piece construction welded together. The jackets of the valves can be rated for heat transfer media pressure up to 22 bars, In Standard design the jacket is rated at 10.3 bars. The valve can also be used in FDA Sanitary Applications.
