SI-707 is developed for precise and high-speed quantitative weighing packaging system. It is suitable for weighing material of grain, Rice, stick, slice, globose, irregular shape such as candy, fruits, nut, pet food, roasted seeds, puffed food, frozen food, small hardware.

.Main function

1. Vibrator modifies the amplitude basing on different target to make material down more equably and get higher combination rate.

2. High precise digital weighing sensor and AD module have been developed.

3. Can port with signal modifiable and function of error self-check will lower the problem solving time and bring high efficiency.

4. Modify hopper open speed and open angle basing on the characteristics of measured material can prevent material blocking the hopper.

5.Multi-time drop and succeeding drop methods can be selected to prevent puffed material blocking the hopper.

6. Material collecting process system with difference automatic identified and one drag two function can remove unqualified product and deal with material drop signals from two packaging machines.

7. Components which touch the material are all manufactured with stainless steel. Hermetic and waterproof design has been adopted for preventing particles entering and cleaning easily.

8. Different authority can be set for different operator, which is for easy management.

9. Multi-language operation system can be selected basing on customers requests.
