It’s a simple to operate web tension control utility, which works on the closed loop principle and can be mounted on any press running at your end. TENSIONPACK 35  is an easy to mount structure supplied along with its independent controlling panel. It can handle the web width of 915 mm running at a 40000 CPH speed. With this utility in operation, you can control the web tension ranging between 90 to 250 N as per your requirements depending upon total number of running at a time.

Designed on arch and reverse arch concept to ensure best print performance. The two page wide printing unit with one cut of length allows for symmetrical or  asymmetrical number of sections. The modular unit concept allows to extend existing configuration to future needs. The (H) type printing unit construction allows 2x2 color production with one web and its  compact design of eight couple tower with short web path ensure optimal register  precision even at high speed. Its operator friendly interface with touch screen helps to maneuver different print  functions very easily. For fast plate changing the plate cylinders are designed with narrow gap concept. Blanket cylinder with narrow gap increases print length.
