The modeling and design of this equipment has been done in UAE and the Same is tried and tested with rigorous working conditions in UAE for long working hours and fast movement with rapid trips at long distance. The same technology is now incorporated in Indian build truck mixers.

1. Silverline manufacture high quality tested chains required along with cranes, depending on customers requirement :

a. Chain slings with Hooks

2. Conveyors Chains / Transmission Chains / Slate Chain We produce conveyors chains as per customer specific requirements. We can design and supply any capacity conveyor system and chains required for material handling.

Presently most of the Crane manufacturers are using En 9 or En 8 material forgings for crane wheels. The wheels are manufactured in forging due to which we have to pay @ 30% more cost towards the basic Raw Material & this additional material we need to remove in machining by investing more machining time. Lead time for forgings is min 4 to 5 weeks from the date of order & 1 more week for machining, heat treatment & other finishing (e.g. bore grinding). It means we have to plan the material before 5 to 6 weeks.

In case of En 24, we need to have few more days for machining time due to high hardness as compare to En 9 To avoid high procurement time & heavy machining, we have developed these Crane wheel in SGI 800/2 material. Main property of this material is self lubrication & high strength.

Since these are castings, the delivery period of the material will be reducing to 3 weeks against of forging 5 to 6 weeks. Along with this we can save 15% to 20% in overall cost. We are giving the test certificate for every wheel with traceability for wheel No. The report will contain UT & actual hardness of wheel along with physical & chemical of material.

Sizes of the wheel is available from 150 mm to 630 mm (As per customer's requirement)

Possessing well organized distribution network, we offer an assorted range of Track For Trolley-4500 mm to cater for huge industrial demand. We manufacture these tracks using finest quality G.I. sheets. The thickness is 1.5 mm and length of each track is 4500mm. The profile of the track is such that it can take higher loads than the conventional C-type tracks. It can take a total load of more than 50kg/metre. Since the track is made from G.I. sheets, there is no chance of corrosion. We give accurately rolled tracks so that there is no problem during the coupling of tracks.

Backed by the excellent state-of-art infrastructure, we manufacture and export an ample range of C-channel for support-500 mm. C-channels are used for supporting the festoon tracks. We use G.I. sheets for manufacturing these supports to prevent corrosion. The C-channels are fitted to the girder by bolting with C-channel cleat, which in turn is welded to the girder. It is available with us in the various lengths such as 250mm, 500mm, 700mm 800mm, 1100mm and 1400mm.

This coupler is used to join two festoon tracks. It has four bolts for stronger and better gripping of the tracks. We offer the coupler with a thickness of 2 mm, and is zinc plated to avoid corrosion.
