Also known as  Tyre Bead Cutting Machine  or  Radial Tyre Cutting Machine  or  Both Side wall Cutting Machine . It is able to cut tyres ranging from size of a  cycle tyre to truck tyre(up to 1000-20) , cutting truck tyres into three as well as smaller tyres into various pieces. Able to  cut both the side walls at a time . Able to  cut 50-60 truck tyres and 140 to 145 car tyres in an hour . Able to cut  both Radial and Nylon tyres .

Tyre Block Cutting Machine is used to cut the tyre strips obtained from cutting tyre sidewall with the use of Tyre Strip Cutting Machine. The sole purpose of the machine is to obtain tyre blocks of smaller size as it is easy to crush blocks of Tyres. The Blocks obtained are of size 25 mm to 50 mm. The machine is able to cut all types of tyres, both Radial and Nylon. It has a set of three Blades, two of them on router and one fixed blade.

Tyre Bead Wire Remover Machine, also known as Tyre Steel Wire Remover Machine, can separate steel wire from the ring of tyres. The steel wire can be further sold at higher rates as it is or processed into Wire Cut Shots. Before the use of this machine Tyre Cutting Machine(Side wall Cutting) or Tyre Strip Cutting Machine are used, which cuts side wall from the tyre or just separates the bead area from tyre. After the use of this machine, Cut Wire Shot Machine can be used, which cuts the steel wire into 1mm to 2mm small wire shots.
