SKR 2501 is a medium viscosity, medium reactive, high molecular weight Isophthalic based Fire retardant Unsaturated polyester resin, having self extinguishing properties. This resin is specially formulated for excellent resistance to watercorrosive atmosphere and extremely good mechanical properties over conventional Ortho based FR resin. The resin is formulated to offer rapid cure, quick tack free surface cure, optimum heat deflection temperature, Excellent salthydrostatic atmospheric resistance, Improved glosscolour retention, Excellent fire resistancelow smoke combined with very low flammability.FRP Resins are formulated for excellent mechanical strength and good fire retardancy. Most suitable for Railway, BHEL, Defence, Automobile, Telecom tower parts manufacturing.

General Purpose(GP) Resins is a polyester resin specially formulated with Thixotropic Ingredients for increased viscosity and Non-sag properties. Gel coats are Versatile and Durable coatings used in the production of composites parts. Gel coats are applied as Mold coatings, the first step in composites part production. Gel coats protect the mold from abrasion and chemical attack during the remainder of the production process, and provide a releasable coating to aid in de-moulding operations.Skyline GP Resins are designed for use in the Marine, Building and Transport Industries. It is also suitable for General Moulding requirements.

SKR 2101 is a medium reactive, quick curing Unsaturated Polyester Resin of Isophthalic grade for general laminating purposes. It is suitable for both hand lay-up and spray-up application. SKR 2101 readily impregnates fibrous reinforcing materials such as glass cloth or mat to produce laminates having good mechanical strength, toughness and rigidity. Pre-accelerated type of Isophthalic resins are also available. For pre-accelerated resin, accelerator must be added by users in accordance with their requirements.This resin is used for making a variety of glass fibre reinforced plastic products such as boats, water, oil and petroleum storage tanks, water and oil pipes, cooling towers, bus shelters, stadium seat, bath tubs, telephone booths, car body, septic tanks, safety helmets. The resin is also used for potting and encapsulation in decorative applications. Glass Fiber Reinforced laminates made with this resins possess excellent mechanical strength and have good rigidity and outstanding durability.
