Our product range includes Industrial V Belts, Space Saver Wedge Belts, Variable Speed Belts, all in our plain as well as Raw Edge Cogged Construction. ContiTech make brand Heavy Industrial V-Belts confirm the following standards: BS 3790: 1995. IS 2494 (Part 1) 1994. Contitech make belts are Oil & Heat Resistant. Antistatic confirming to BS 3790: 1995. Length Stability confirming to ISO: 4184. The Production Programme of ContiTech is certified with ISO 9001: 2000 and TS 16949. Power Ratings of our Belts are higher than required under DIN 2215, BS 3790, IS 2494 and DIN 7753. Belts are suitable for High Speed Applications. Our belts are suitable for Higher Bending Stress hence lower pulley diameter can be used for using our belts on Prime Mover Side. Low Shrinkage Cord is used for length stability, hence uniform Power Transmission. These belts offer following major advantages. REDUCE INVENTORY: Any number of belts of the same size from the stocks can be made a set and also as specified belts would fall within the specified Length Tolerance. BETTER LENGTH STABILITY: As we are employing Post Cure Stretch System of stabilizing belt length, the belt would have reduced elongation on drive system. These belts, therefore, will show low stretch / elongation and better length stability in use. UNIFORM POWER TRANSMISSION: Because of close length tolerance, these belts will transmit power more uniformly; even load sharing by V Belts would increase the belt set life. REDUCE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT: As the above features would increase belt life, there will be reduction of maintenance rate leading to savings in cost. REDUCED COSTS: Due to Reduced inventory. Lower re-ordering. Reduced maintenance, obviously there will be substantial monetary savings.
