The Heat Exchnager is of BPHE and Tube in Tube, A chiller is a machine that removes heat from a liquid via a vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycle. This liquid can then be circulated through a heat exchanger to cool air or equipment as required. As a necessary byproduct, refrigeration creates waste heat that must be exhausted to ambient or, for greater efficiency, recovered for heating purposes. Industrial chillers typically come as complete, packaged, closed-loop systems, including the chiller unit, condenser, and pump station with recirculating pump, expansion valve, no-flow shutdown, internal cold water control. Coil Cooling Tower is an equipment which is used to cool and maintain the temperature of process hot water at a particular level. This operates on the principle of heat transfer by a heat exchanger with extended fins. The fan is deiven by an Electric Motor. Applying dry cooling means saving water. Dry Cooling Tower is mounted on a heavy duty channel base frame. Non corrosive fibre glass / GI panels are used for enclosure. Aero dynamically balanced high efficiency axial flow fans with low noise are used. The motors are IP 55 class with extended SS shaft. The low speed of the motor minimises noise and increases efficiency. Motors are specially designed to withstand moisture, rain and dust. The hot water from the diesel engine is sent to the inlet of the Dry Cooling Tower. This hot water is cooled and cold water from the outlet of the cooling tower is connected to a pump which pumps the water to the diesel engine (or any other load) to pick up the heat from the generator.

Win Refrigerated Air Dryers remove the moisture to a level of 600 ppm (w) by using energy efficient refrigeration system and effective heat exchangers. The wet air enters into the economizer (pre cooler) of the refrigerated air dryer and the temperature gets reduced significantly by the outgoing cold air. This medium temperature air further enters in to the evaporator of the refrigerated air dryer and the temperature drops to 2oC by the cold refrigerant. At this temperature the moisture in the vapour form condenses into liquid and the same is separated by high efficient integral moisture separator and automatic drain trap. Firstly it reduces the temperature of the air to a safe operating range while secondly, removing the moisture condensed during the cooling process.

Air Cooled After Coolers :Dryers are sized according to the flow, pressure, temperature and dew point required of the compressed air. If these conditions are changed, the resulting efficiency of the dryer can be drastically affected. The temperature of the compressed air leaving a compressor varies from 65 C to 200 C, depending on the type of compressor, it is essential that an After Cooler be installed upstream of most dryers because it will lower the temperature to required level and will remove 50 to 75% of water vapour contained in the air. After coolers are available in either air or water cooled units.

Compressed Air Filters

Compressed air frequently contains dust, oil, rust, moisture and other harmful substances, and therefore requires filtration. In the first stage of filtration, the compressed air passes through a tube-shaped mesh filter, which creates a coalescence effect. Here bigger particles are adsorbed on the filter and the water will condense into larger droplets, which can then pass into the separation chamber. The compressed air is slowed down, which makes the particles condense on a honeycomb-like pad, allowing the water droplets to travel to the bottom of the drainage system and through an Manual or automatic or electric drain valve to the discharge. In the first filtration stage more than 95% of the water droplets, oil and large particles are removed.

In the second filtration stage the air is passed through fiber made of cotton, generating thousands of small vortices and accelerating the air.
