PSA Unit
\nThis is a Twin tower PSA system filled with special grade carbon molecular sieves for producing high pure nitrogen gas continuously. Both the towers are interconnected with automatic change over valves to switch over the tower’s operation once in one minute.
\nSurge vessel & Pressure Holding Valve
\nNitrogen gas produced from PSA system will be collected in this vessel and Pressure holding valve maintains required back pressure to produce good quality nitrogen gas continuously.

\nThis is an acrylic body with SS float type Rota meter to set and monitor the quantity of nitrogen production.
\nOxygen analyzer
\nWe have included oxygen analyzer in our scope to monitor the oxygen content in product nitrogen gas. This shall help you to monitor purity of Nitrogen gas supplied.
