Ethylene Oxide (EO or ETO) Gasis commonly used to sterilize objects sensitive to temperatures greater than 60C and /or radiation such as plastics, optics and electrics. Ethylene oxide treatment is generally carried out between 30C and 60C with relative humidity above 30% and a gas concentration between 200 and 800 mg/l, and typically lasts for at least three hours. Ethylene oxide penetrates well, moving through paper, cloth, and some plastic films and is highly effective. ETO can kill all known viruses, bacteria and fungi, including bacterial spores and is compatible with most materials (e.g. of medical devices), even when repeatedly applied. However, it is highly flammable, toxic and carcinogenic.
Ethylene oxide sterilizationis a chemical process consisting of four primary variables: gas concentration, humidity, temperature and time. Ethylene oxide is an agent that disrupts the DNA of microorganisms, which prevents them from reproducing. These horizontal autoclaves are front loading in design, big in size and designed in cylindrical or rectangular shapes. Boiler is fitted separately and connected to the chamber. Water level indicator is also attached to the boiler. Automatic low water cut-off is optional and fitted on demand only. Each unit is fitted with automatic pressure control switch; it is capable to manage pressure between 5 psi to 20 psi with accuracy of 1 psi. User can easily set the desired temperature with the help of digital controller fitted on the front side of the unit. In order to achieve trustable tight sealing of door, we always use neoprene rubber gasket. In order to make our horizontal autoclave well suited to your application and to make your work easier, we offer a range of optional accessories.
Before supplying to customer, our horizontal autoclaves are tested up to 30 psi pressure along with other parameters such as leakage, power control, temperature control, safety valves and important parts of the machine. Vertical autoclaves are also known as top loading sterilizers that come in cylindrical shape. These are widely used in hospitals, Operation Theater (OT), microbiology laboratory for sterilization of various medial and cultures. The working of vertical autoclave is simple to understand; to open, a radial locking mechanism is fitted at top of the lid; a foot lever (pedal) is attached at the bottom. User has to press the pedal and lift the lid.

The Mass Mixer is designed for uniformly mixing of dry and wet material and especially suitable for powder of Pharmaceuticals, Food, Herbals, Agro Chemicals & Chemicals.
The mass mixer consists of a rigid fabricated structure motor, gear box, mixing drum, stirrer and tilting device. Specially designed self adjusting sealing arrangement of unique design is provided to ensure that no black particle enters into the mixing drum. The material under mixing process can be monitoring through acrylic dust cover and its controls dusting and contaminations. The tilting device is provided to make easy the unloading of the material and easy cleaning of the mixing drum.
