Drinking Water stored overnight in a Copper bottle is a standard practice in many cultures. This ancient recipe is believed to be a tonic and as a preventive aid for various nagging disorders where diagnosis is vague. Simply store water at room temperature overnight in the copper bottle. As you wake up have a couple of sips. Gradually build this up over the weeks upto a glass in the morning.Initially, one may encounter digestive changes which is why it is best to begin with only a couple of sips and build up gradually over time. Do not wash this bottle with detergent or other soaps as they can cause damage. Wash this vessel with hands only. And use soft cloth to dry it. It may lose its smooth shine with time as per result of contact with air. But that does not steal any of its properties.
