Inconel is a nickel-chromium alloy, which has good oxidation resistance at high temperatures, good resistance in carburizing and chloride containing environments. These inconel alloys are non-magnetic and have excellent mechanical properties such as high strength and workability. Inconel alloy can be easily formed and readily welded.
