We are leading manufacturer ofLow and Medium Intensity LED Aviation Obstruction Light as per ICAO standards.
We have supplied more than 90, 000 Aviation Lights in India and other countries with a customer base of more than 100, 000 installations in India and overseas.
1. Our light is uniform along with horizontal. As you can see in the pictures in the brochure. We have given photos of light pattern from different vendors including ours. In case of our lights the light intensity is almost uniform but in case of other people there are light and dark spots. As per ICAO guidelines the light must be uniform.
2. We use glass dome and not plastic. People use plastic domes (written in brochures UV Stabilized Polycarbonate Dome). You can check light on any tower which is more than 6 months old; you will find that all the plastic domes would have become brown because of deterioration of plastic with time. The light intensity coming out of the light becomes very less due to plastic becoming opaque over the period of time.
3. We use 108 LEDs in 12 parallel circuits. The LED parallel circuits are mounted along the horizontal. So if a single LED goes bad then there is slight deterioration in intensity in that direction but there is no darkness. In most of the lights available in the market the parallel circuits are mounted along the vertical so if one LED goes bad then there is darkness in that direction. Also no one uses so many parallel circuits.
