Our product range contains a wide range of Indirect Water Bath Heater
Sparklet make water bath heater is capable of heating up to 10, 000 BPD of Hydrocarbon oil with gas up to 60 MM SCFD from 0 C to 70 C for DE Waxing and further processing of Crude. The maximum heat transfer provided up to 13 MM BTU / HR.
The Water Bath Heater has Process Fluid coils, carrying the hydrocarbon oil with gas in & out of the Water Bath with choke & manifold for flow control & bypass of oil. The coiled tubes have a capacity to with stand a pressure off 10000 psi. Equipment Design as per API 12 K
Burner System : The Bath Heater uses Diesel Oil as fuel with Natural Gas / LPG for ignition. Burner used are of International standard makes. The burner system has in line Spark Arrestor and Stack at the end of the Fire Tube Outlet.
Manifold : The unit is installed with API 6A up to 10 K Gate Valves and Chokes. By pass manifold provided for efficient flow control.
Instrumentation : The Bath Heater comes complete with all Instrumentations and valves, pressure and temperature Gauges, pressure switches, Level indicators, etc.
