We are offering water ring die face cutter.Die face cutter (air cooled) is designed on the principal of air ring force cutting. The cutter motor rpm is controlled through vector variable speed inverter and hence the granule dimensions can be controlled. The granules in cutting drum moves to venturi and finally moves to cyclone one and then to cyclone two. The unique design of venturi and cyclone removes moisture from the product. All contact parts are of ss304. Total connected load on die face cutter system is 0.75 kw. Stand alone control cabinet provided for operating the system is very close to die side.
