We are offering pressure leaf filters. Pressure leaf filters are used for filter aid type of filteration of edible / non-edible, castor, vegetable, palm, oils, sulphur, dewaxing, catalyst & various chemicals. They find very wide application in all oil & chemical industries to separate solid particles upto 5 microns size. It is an ideal replacement for old out dated plate & frame fitters & best proposal for new filtering / refining plants. sr. No. description standard1. M.o.c shell carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316, 316l). 2. Leaves 5 ply type with outer filtering mesh of ss-316 & others of ss-304 or ss-316 (optional). Pp cloth is provided on the leaves. 3. Vibrator(i) mechanical for vertical. Or (ii) pneumatic (optional) for vertical & horizontal for dry cake discharge. 4. Bottom outlet only for vertical plf(i) simple ( swing opening type ) or (ii) manual / hydraulically / pneumatically actuated type butterfly valve (optional). Jacket type filters & filters with spray nozzles for wet cake discharges are also offered. 5. Sizes 1m2 - 60 m2 for vertical and 5m2-100m2 for horizontal.
