Zinc Silicate Primer

overing Capacity 8 to 10 sq.mtrs / ltr

This is a two pack (part A + part B) zinc-ethyl silicate-type primer. Forms a continuous layer of metallic zinc that provides cathodic protection to metal (as in hot galvanization).In clean or mildly corrosive environments, may be applied in a single 75 microns thick coat. In acidic or alkaline environments, must be coated with a top-coat such as chlorinated rubber, vinyl, epoxy or Polyurethane.

Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer

Covering Capacity 15 sq.mtrs / ltr

This is two pack epoxy primer for metal surfaces , based on Zinc dust as main pigment . It has excellent anticorrosive properties, Ideally suitable for use on Mild Steel surface for new and old surfaces. It is a very good prefabrication pre-erection primer.

EPOXY ZINC CHROMATE PRIMER

Covering Capacity 13 to 16 sq.mtrs / ltr

This is a conventional general purpose primer , based on modified alkyd resin having zinc chrome and red oxide as anticorrosive pigment, Suitable for use on any steel work , storage tanks , bridges etc. This can be overcoated with any type of conventional coatings and also with C.R., P.U & Epoxy coatings and water based coatings.Provide sufficient ventilation while working with solvent based paints in confined spaces and stagnant air.Keep the material away from heat, spark and direct flame , In case of contamination, rinse with fresh running water and seek medical help at once.
