This unit consists of belt driven roller backed conveyor above the moving bucket with pressure adjustable cylinders for air removal and cushioning. The bottom conveyor in belt driven with backing plate.An operator is required to simply place the lid on each bucket in transit then the slightly angled top conveyor rolls it down and seals it before it comes out from the other end.The conveyors are driven by two separate drive duly synchronized.
