Our product range contains a wide range of HSC Automation Printing Machine
This machine comes into play when the parts to be printed are cylindrical like pen and pencil tubes and refills. The workpiece is transported to the printing cylinder without a workpiece carrier. With the rotary movement of the pad roller as well as its cylindrical clich ( with multiple engravings/designs) the workpiece is coaxed into a rolling movement. At the same time the workpieces are rotating on the pad roller via guiding plates. The transport of the workpieces and the delivery of the ink take place in a synchronous rotary movement.With this patented rotary pad printing process extremely high hourly outputs with highest printing quality are achieved. Thanks to its continuous operation.
