Semiautomatic Solar Module Laminator

BXM-2422 is a Semiautomatic solar module laminator. The lamination cycle can be controlled by a PLC. The operator works the program through the touch-screen to control the cycle to see the processing data

  • Air pressure are adopted for the upper chamber drive system, ensuring smooth and safe operation
  • Adopt thermal Oil heating plate system, it provides uniform plate temperature accuracy;
  • Conductive Oil heating station is separated with the machine;
  • Overheating sensor is attached for the heating plate and a disconnection detector is mounted to the heater for the heating plate
  • Special connecting system for that the Silicon Membrane can be changed within 10 minutes.
  • With two vacuum pump, when the vacuum degree reaches the setting data, they can be stopped automatically.
