All parameters are setup on the touch-screen
The touch-screen display a diagram with all vacuum and temperature values
Air pressure are adopted for the upper chamber drive system, ensuring smooth and safe operation
Adopt thermal Oil heating plate system, it provides uniform plate temperature accuracy;
Conductive Oil heating station is separated with the machine;
Overheating sensor is attached for the heating plate and a disconnection detector is mounted to the heater for the heating plate
Special connecting system for that the Silicon Membrane can be changed within 10 minutes.
With two vacuum pump, when the vacuum degree reaches the setting data, they can be stopped automatically.
