After extraction coconut husk, we are getting coir fiber and coir pith .After that we converted and enriched coir pith manure with various processes. We added nitrogen resource and Mush room seeds. We pour the water for 40 days to 45 days. We should maintain 200% moisture. After 45 days we added Panchagavya, Neem Cake, Vermi wash and Vermi composting with proper ration. After 60 days we will check the material quality with various parameters. After all process we Screened and packed. We are maintaining 40 to 50% moisture.

Coir Husk Crusher Machine This is first process in De-Fibering Unit. Two rollers are connected with Gear Box and Motor. In between two rollers , we are feeding the husk with help of Movable Conveyer system. The spikes are fixed with the rollers.(Nearly 400 spikes in each rollers).So automatically the husk hardness will be reduced , but the fiber will not be damaged.
