BUCKET ELEVATOR
For the vertical transport of sand the bucket elevator is considered to be the most efficient and economical solution. Also it enables maximum and considerable heights to be reached with in a very restricted installation area. A measured quantity of sand is delivered to the elevator charging end of the lifting side and it is discharged when the buckets overturn at the top. The buckets are assembled on a rubber belt and it is driven buy possible drive means.Further to the above the elevators are silent and require less maintenance. The drive system is composed of standard reduction gear box and motor are connected with sprockets and pulley for drive transmission. Belt tensioning arrangement is provided at the drive end .Spacious platform arrangement is provided at drive end for the maintenance activities.
