These Strip Heaters are made up of high quality Nichrome ribbon wire that is insulated in fluted refractory. Specially selected Mica strip providing the heat distribution for maximum heater life. Mica of proper thickness is used to insulate the windings, providing excellent thermal conductivity and dielectric strength.The elements are encased in specially treated rust- resistant steel stainless steel casing to provide physical strength and good thermal conductivity for sheath temperature upto 3000 C Type 304 Stainless Steel Sheath provides resistance to high temperature and corrosion.
