Our product range contains a wide range of Destoner Cleaning Machine
A very useful and a highly cost effective method for the cleanup of stones in the food material is our Destoner cleaning machines. Destoners are most useful in cereals and pulses where the tiny stone particles can be systematically avoided. The basic destoning machine is equipped with an Aspirator blower, Destoner and a shaker. When the food particle is fed through the hopper, the husk will be separated and blown out through the outlet provided in the machine. The food particle would next reach the Destoner part wherein the small stones would be separated by winnowing method. The next stage involves the shaker, wherein the sand particles would be isolated and the fined food particle would further be categorized based on its size from the final outlet. The main usage of Destoners is in small scale rice mills, flour mills and supermarkets.
