Simple Steps To Make Tasty Veg Sabji



  • Heat 3 tbsp Oil in a kadai and add chopped vegetables and fry them in medium flame for 10-15 mins.

  • Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and heat 1 tbsp of oil in same kadai. Add cumin seeds to crackle. Then add cashewnuts and fry till golden brown.

  • Add cut onions and fry till it changes to light brown. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for few more minutes.

  • Add cut tomatoes and fry till it gets cooked. Transfer this mixture to a separate bowl to cool down.

  • After the mixture gets cooled, grind it to smooth paste.

  • Heat the rest of 1 tbsp oil in the kadai and add ground paste. Add 2 tbsp Sri Sri Tattva Garam Masala and salt to this paste and cook in low flame for few minutes.

  • Add the fried vegetables to the gravy and cup water for 10 mins.

  • Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves and fresh cream. Mix them well and let it stay for few seconds and switch off the flame. Yummy mixed veg sabji is ready. Serve with hot rice /roti. In fact Sri Sri Tattva Garam Masala can be used in variety of foods. You may use in all type of sabji, farsans, dal, etc.

Chhole is primarily a delicacy from the North of India, made from Chickpea. Sri Sri Tattva Chhole Masala, with its excellent mix of pure spices, is specifically combined to give you an unforgettable experience of this North Indian treat.



Simple Steps To Make Tasty Chhole Chana



  • In a bowl, wash and soak 2 cups of kabuli chana (chick peas) overnight. (Take a small cloth and put in 2 tsp of tea leaves in it. Tie this cloth firmly with thread, so that the tea leaves do not spill out.)

  • Combine the 2 cups of kabuli chana, 1 cup of bottle gourd, 1 cup of water and tea leaves bag in pressure cooker and cook for 6 whistles.

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a deep kadhai, add 2 tbsp cumin seeds and 1 bay leaf and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.

  • When the seeds crackle, add 2 tbsp Sri Sri Tattva Chhole Masala, 1 tbsp chilli powder, dried ginger powder, cup coriander and salt to taste, mix well and cook on medium flame for 1 minute while stirring continuously.

  • Add 1 cup roughly chopped tomatoes and cooked kabuli chana and bottle gourd mixture. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

  • Combine 4 cups of water, 1 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon, 2 cloves, 2 cardamom, 1 cups of rice and salt to taste in a deep non stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes. Strain the rice and keep aside.

  • Heat the 2 tbsp oil in deep non stick pan and tsp cumin.

  • When the seeds crackle, add cup chopped onion, 2 tsp ginger green chilly paste, tsp turmeric powder, 3 tbsp Sri Sri Tattva Biriyani Masala and saute on a medium flame for a few minutes.

  • Transfer of the rice mixture in a pan and spread it with the back of a spoon.

  • Mix it with remaining of the rice mixture and spread it evenly.

  • Pour Sri Sri Tattva cow ghee evenly over it and cover it with a lid and cook on a slow flame for 25 to 30 minutes.

  • Garnish with stir fried cashews and coriander leaf and serve it with curd.

  • Combine 4 cups of water, 1 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon, 2 cloves, 2 cardamom, 1 cups of rice and salt to taste in a deep non stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes. Strain the rice and keep aside.
  • Heat the 2 tbsp oil in deep non stick pan and tsp cumin.
  • When the seeds crackle, add cup chopped onion, 2 tsp ginger green chilly paste, tsp turmeric powder, 3 tbsp Sri Sri Tattva Biriyani Masala and saute on a medium flame for a few minutes.
  • Transfer of the rice mixture in a pan and spread it with the back of a spoon.
  • Mix it with remaining of the rice mixture and spread it evenly.
  • Pour Sri Sri Tattva cow ghee evenly over it and cover it with a lid and cook on a slow flame for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with stir fried cashews and coriander leaf and serve it with curd.

Paneer Makhani

  • Heat 2 tbsp butter in a kadhai, add 1 tsp garlic paste and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  • Add 6 cinnamon, 2 cloves, 2 cardamom, 1 bay leaf and saute on a medium flame for few more seconds.
  • Add 2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves, 2 tbsp of Sri Sri Tattva Kitchen King Masala, 2 cups of tomato puree and saute on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  • Add salt to taste, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  • Add 2 tbsp curds, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute.
  • Add tbsp sugar, cup of water, 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) and 2 tbsp cream, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh cream and serve.
