TheGarment Unitis in Ludhiana Punjab with a capacity of making 4000 knitted garments per day and WOVENS 6000. The machines in unit allSwitch Track system. 15 lines are operational and 15 more lines will be added by August 2011.
The company plans to expand its garment capacity to20000 pcs. per day.The other highlights of the garment unit are as follows :-

i) CAD, Automatic spreader and Automatic cutter from Gerber.ii) Pin tables from Veit.iii) Other cutting equipment from Eastman.iv) Lock stitch, Bar tack, Button Holing and stitching from Juki .v) Chain stitch machinery from Yamato.vi) Ironing and spot removing stations and other finishing machinery fromRamsons-Veit.
