Humidity Chamber

SRICO Humidity Chamber for use from ambient to 60C. Triple walled construction with forced air circulation system, insulation is of 75mm thick glasswool, inside walls made out of aluminium/stainless steel as desired. Middle walls are of stainless steel/aluminium, outside walls are of mild steel finished in attractive DUCO shell white/powder coated.
The unit is mounted on caster wheels for wheels for ease of mobility. The door is massive construction having glass viewing window and seals against atmosphere infiltration by resilient asbestos and rubber gasket. Humidity is controlled by imported Humidistat having range 0 to 100%; humidity can be obtained from atmospheric humidity to 97% with sensitivity of +/-3% fitted inside the chamber. Separate water tank has been provided at the lower/vertical side of the cabinet. Humidification is by steam vapours. Heating is accomplished ny the aid of 80/20 Nichrome elements made out of imported wire.
Temperature is controlled by imported capillary Thermostat from a five degree above room temperature to 60C with an accuracy of +/-1C. Individual neon lamps and switches have been provided at the bottom side of the chamber which can be used individually according to requirements. The wet and dry temperatures are recorded from the thermometer supplied along with he equipment complete with plug and cord for operation on 220/230 VAC 50 cycles.

Hot Air Oven

Application:
These are designed to destroy bacteria, virus, fungus in sterilized surgical instruments, glass wares by application of dry heat with temperature ranging between 50C-250C with an accuracy of +/-1C.
Construction:
Double walled chamber, inner made of Alu/SS and outer made of M.S sheet, with beautifully painted. The gap between the two walls are filled with glass wool for proper insulation to avoid heat loses. Imported BDH Nichrome wire heaters are placed at the bottom and two vertical side of the oven. Temperature is controlled by imported thermostat with an accuracy of +/-1C, supplied without Thermometers. Hot Air Oven

Air ventilations are provided two vertical side of the oven.

FULL VISIBILITY CONSTANT TEMPERATURE BATH

Full visibility high precision bath with a stainless steel tank housed in an aluminium housing with a stirring unit to keep the temperature uniform throught. A permanent heater continously variable from 0-50 watts is provided to achieve better accuracy. Temperature is raised by heaters immersed from the top. Temperature is controlled by Digital temp. ind. Cum controller. The complete unit is painted in attractive colour.
Pump cum stirrer unit can be provided instead of stirrer which will have an output of 4 lit. per minute and be used for circulation purpose. The above temperture bath will be mounted on sturdy angle iron frame. The refrigeration system consisting of hermatically sealed compressor using 134 A gas. Condensor will be provided to bring down the temperature. All the joints of system are specially treated to prevent refrigeration loss. The cooling of this system shall be evenly placed inside the inner chamber of the temperture bath.

Bacteriological Incubator

A. Bottom Heated: These are used for drying and staining of slides, paraffin embedding, tissue culture work, anti-body, excellent for microbiological determination etc.
Construction:

BOD Incubator

Construction:
Srico B O D Incubator triple walled vertical type cabinet. Outer casing is mild steel attractively colour powder coating finished. 75mm thickness glasswool/puf insulation minimize temperature loss. Stainless steel/Aluminium interior walls supports allowing wide range of shelf positions and spacings. Intermediate wall maintains constant temperature inside the chamber. Full view inner glass door closed on a resilient gasket and permits inspection of stores without disturbing the same. Lock and key arrangements is provided in the double walled outer door, also fitted a door operated lamp for illumination inside the chamber. The unit is mounted on caster wheels for ease of mobility.
Digital Temperature Indicating cum Controller:
Digital display temperature indication. Fully automatic solid state electronic controller with PT-100 sensor controls the set temp. automatically.Press to set the temperature setting using the same display eliminates set and rest error and serves easy quick setting Temperature from 5 C to 60 C with sensitivity_ 1 C. Forced air circulation fan is fixed to maintained uniform temperature throughout the chamber. Hermatically sealed, high performance compressor works quickly and maintains the cooling coils run all round the inner chamber.
Refrigeration arrangements consist of aeromatic sealed compressor, copper evaporated coil, air cooled condenser, condenser fan motor and blade, filter, CFC-free gas, etc are housed at the bottom of the B.O.D Incubator.
Control Panel:
All controls and circuits are housed at the top side of the B.O.D. Incubator and therefore protected from spillage. Separate indicator lamps for mains, cooling and heating indication. Temperature setting screw allow the user to select and set any desired temperature. Voltmeter, Ammeter is provided on the panel to read the incoming voltage and amps. Power supply working on 230 volt single phase 50Hz A/c main.

Outer casing is mild steel attractively colour powder coating finished. 75mm thickness glasswool/puf insulation minimize temperature loss. Stainless steel/Aluminium interior walls supports allowing wide range of shelf positions and spacings. Intermediate wall maintains constant temperature inside the chamber. Full view inner glass door closed on a resilient gasket and permits inspection of stores without disturbing the same. Lock and key arrangements is provided in the double walled outer door, also fitted a door operated lamp for illumination inside the chamber. The unit is mounted on caster wheels for ease of mobility.
Digital Temperature Indicating cum Controller:Digital display temperature indication. Fully automatic solid state electronic controller with PT-100 sensor controls the set temp. automatically.Press to set the temperature setting using the same display eliminates set and rest error and serves easy quick setting Temperature from 5 C to 60 C with sensitivity_ 1 C. Forced air circulation fan is fixed to maintained uniform temperature throughout the chamber. Hermatically sealed, high performance compressor works quickly and maintains the cooling coils run all round the inner chamber.Refrigeration arrangements consist of aeromatic sealed compressor, copper evaporated coil, air cooled condenser, condenser fan motor and blade, filter, CFC-free gas, etc are housed at the bottom of the B.O.D Incubator.
Control Panel:All controls and circuits are housed at the top side of the B.O.D. Incubator and therefore protected from spillage. Separate indicator lamps for mains, cooling and heating indication. Temperature setting screw allow the user to select and set any desired temperature. Voltmeter, Ammeter is provided on the panel to read the incoming voltage and amps. Power supply working on 230 volt single phase 50Hz A/c main.
