Stainless Steel/Aluminium interior walls supports allowing wide range of shelf positions and spacings. Trays made of Stainless Steel/aluminium. Intermediate wall maintains constant temperature inside the chamber. Fully view inner glass door closed on a resilient gasket and permits inspection of stores without disturbing the same. Lock and key arrangements is provided in the double walled outer door. Also fitted a door operated lamp for illumination inside the chamber. The unit is mounted on caster wheels for ease of mobility.
Digital Temperature Indicating cum Controller:Digital display temperature indication. Fully automatic solid state electronic controller with PT-100 sensor controls the temp. automatically. Press to set the temperature setting using the same display eliminates set and rest error and serves easy quick setting temperature +200C to 80C with sensitivity +/-1C. Forced Air Circulation fan is fixed to maintain uniform temperature throughout the chamber. Hermatically sealed, high performance, low noise, CFC-free compressor works quickly and maintains the cooling coils run all round the inner chamber.
Refrigeration:Arrangement consists of double stage gasket type model. Air cooled and gasket type condensers for first and second stage. Filters, solenoid valves, gas reservoirs, 502 and R 13 refrigeration gas, suitable copper pipelining, etc. are housed at the bottom of the Cold Chamber.
Control Panel:All controls and circuits are housed at he side of the hot/cold chamber and therefore protected from spillage. Separate indicator lamps for mains, cooling and heating indication. Digital temperature setting screw allow the user to select and set any desired temperature. Voltmeter, Ammeter, is provided on the panel to read the incoimg voltage and amps. Construction:The furnace has a sillimanite muffle/Refractory grooved chamber with a smooth internal surface. Imported Kanthal A1 heating elements will be provided all around the heating chamber packed by good graded insulation. Ceramic Fibre work will be provided on all of the chamber to minimize heat less due to radiation. An over-heat cut-off fuse is provided is preventing the heating elements against accidental heating.The furnace outer frame is fabricated from mild steel sheets and sections is finished with an attractive duco paint/powder coated paint. The furnace has a simple flap type of door with a spy hole for viewing the chamber.
Control Gear:Consists of Energy Regulator, Pyrometer with Chrome/Alumel thermocouple, Two indicating lamps, etc., which will be mounted on top of the furnace itself. The furnace will be supplied complete with 2 meters of 3 core wire with 3 pin plug for operation on 220/230 volts, single phase, 50 c/s, AC mains.

Blood bank refrigerator is an eco friendly C.F.C free and specially designed for storing Blood Bags and other specific medical products like vaccines, cultures, reagents, etc. to store in a fixed temperature of 4C with an accuracy of +/-0.5C. Construction:Double walled construction, inner S.S and outer M.S with beautifully powder coated, and with PUF insulation between the two chambers. The gasket keeps the door sealed against warm air and moisture. Inner chamber having four compartments, each compartment have transparent Plexiglass inner door.Hermetically sealed compressor and capillary controlled balance refrigeration system is housed below the instrument for ease mobility, the unit is fitted with four castor wheels.
