Owing to our association with reputed manufacturers of Raw Cotton, we supply superior quality Raw Cotton. The strength of our Organic Raw Cotton is 28 to 32 gpt min. We offer the Indian Raw Cotton in the packing bundles of 160 to 165 kg. Raw Cotton is quality tested for purity before the supply and is free from any artificial contamination. We produce 700 balesDay (each bales Wt of 165 Kg) of Shanker-6 Cotton, and can supply our Shanker-6 Cotton round the year. In addition to India, we are supplying high quality Raw Cotton Bales to countries like China, Bangladesh and Turkey. To Ensure Quality
  • Cotton seeds are stacked on clean, paved platforms and in well ventilated covered godowns
  • We take pain to remove every contaminant while forming seed cotton heaps
  • Heaping of seed cotton is done layer by layer to ensure uniform mixing and thus producing uniform quality
  • Cotton seeds are procured is a well known cotton belt of India
  • Seed cotton is sun-dried to limit moisture content around 7-9 percent
  • Provide all workers with white cotton clothing and headgears to ensure safety and hygiene
  • Stringently checked for any contamination by foreign matter
  • Seed cotton pre-deaner is used to remove immature bolls and foreign matter
  • Pneumatic seed cotton conveyor with stone trap system for feeding to gins
  • Usage of grease instead of oil in gear boxes to prevent contamination with oil
  • Usage of proper seed grid for processing different varieties
  • Maintaining proper overlap settings and ensuring periodical grooving of leather roller to avoid seed cut and to get good quality lint
  • Ensure good house-keeping in ginneries, and remove metal wires, bolts or other machine ports, leather pieces, spilt oils, etc. to prevent their entry into lint
  • Adopt pneumatic conveyance system to transport lint from gin shed to baling press
  • Cover all sides of bales using cotton cloth, and stitch bales with white cotton threads
  • Use iron hoops of 18-19 gauge and 12.5 mm width for - packing cotton bales
  • Cotton bales stored in a covered godown
  • The whole process of ginning and pressing is mechanized thus minimizing human handling and avoiding contamination
