SSEF is a prominent manufacturer of stainless steel cross, carbon steel cross and alloy steel cross fittings, commonly known as a 4-way pipe fitting. Cross tee usually generates high stress on pipe as temperature changes, because they are at the center of four connection points. In comparison, a tee is steadier than a cross, as a tee behaves like a three-legged stool, while a cross behaves like a four-legged stool.

For manufacturing dished ends, single piece heads are hot formed by deep drawing. They are dished by the means of hydraulic presses, and then the edges are machined as per specifications. We mainly manufacture carbon steel dished ends (ASTM A 516 GR. 70) and stainless steel dished ends (304L, 316L). However, dished ends can also be manufactured and tested in special stainless alloy grades on customer specific requirements. Our production range for stainless steel dished ends and carbon steel dished ends, mainly depends on the grade of material used and can be customised as per requirements.
SSEF Industries is a leading manufacturer and supplier of stainless steel (SS) flexible hose assemblies, also known as flexible metal hose assemblies. We offer a complete range of ss flexible hose pipes from size 1/4 ID to 12 ID in SS 304, 321, 316 & 316L, manufactured in compliance with BS 6501, Part-1. Our stainless steel hose assemblies are available with a wide range of end connections, bore sizes and lengths. We can supply corrugated stainless steel hose assemblies that meets your most demanding technical specifications.
Stainless steel annular corrugated flexible hoses can be supplied with or without stainless steel wire braiding. Wire braiding can be single or double. Generally, an external layer of SS wire braid is provided on corrugated metal hoses, as an unbraided hose tends to elongate axially when pressure is applied. Some customers may even choose two or even three layers of braiding for high pressure applications. The braiding is highly flexible and follows the movement of the hose.
Stainless steel 304 wires are widely used to manufacture the braid over metal hoses. On customer requests we can also manufacture braids in other stainless steel grades such as SS 321 and SS 316L. Double braided hoses improve the pressure rating of an assembly by at least 30%.
There are two basic types of corrugated metal hoses, which are distinguished by the type of corrugation used during manufacturing: helical or annular corrugation. SSEF metal hoses are manufactured using the annular corrugation method.
SS wire braded flexible hose pipes are used in various industries to carry gases and liquids at elevated pressure or temperatures or high vacuum. A stainless steel hose pipe comprises of an inner hydroformed corrugated thin walled tube which is externally braided or unbraided as per requirements of our customers.
