Slag Pot is Required to hold the Slag & Molten Metal during melting process, slag is separated and hold in slag pot to cool down and later on when slag solidify removed from slag pot also on liquid state is poured in slag dump area.
Slag pot is Designed according to application process and capacity of slag & metal generated in melting process, like Scrap Melting leads Less Slag where as DRI-Sponge Iron , HBI Briqquete iron Generates More Slag hence Slag Pot should Appropriate to Handle Slag in Quantity rather than weight.
