Triple S offer Analog Torsion Testing Machine (SSS-TT), which are designed to check tensional property of various metal wires, tubes and bars. Further, we also calibrate these machines as per the latest and relevant industry standards.

  • Suitable for Torsion and Twist test on various metal rods and flats.
  • Torque Measurement by pendulum dynamometer system.
  • Auto torque selector to adjust torque ranges.
  • Geared motor to apply torque to specimen through gearbox.
  • Autographic recorder for relation between torque and angle of twist.
  • Accuracy + 1 % of the true torque.
  • Working Function
  • Torque applied to the specimen is transferred to measuring dial through lever mechanism.
  • Torque is measured by Pendulum Dynamometer system.
  • Torque ranges can be adjusted by required torque at other end of specimen.
  • Autographic recorder gives the relation between Torque and Angle of Twist.
  • Calibration is within ±1% within operating range of all models.
