Automatic gluing machine (coversheets feed by feeder) has the function of automatic feed paper and gluing, automatic temperature control and 24-hours timer. The suction devices for the assembly lines prevent powder paper curling and bubbling. Feeder suction is applied, characteristic of steady and quick paper conveyance. Hot melt adhesives (animal adhesives) are used for health and environmental protection on the basis of recycling to save costs at the speeds adjustable.

The machine finds its use in the application of glue on the tips of corrugated surface of paper or a board. The gap between the rolls is adjustable the glue tray can be raised or lower to adjust the glue level. The Sheet Pasting (PU Coated Rollers S.S Rollers) in which the sheet rollers remain intact and there is no possibility of pitting on the rollers. This Machine is a special gum saving model in which 4 numbers rollers are used for extremely accurate application of glue on the tips of the surface of corrugated board or paper. This machine is also very useful for evenly gluing duplex paper .
