We render doubled walled Water Still (Barnstead Type) that is made up of Stainless Steel. The gap in between is filled with glass wool. All the fittings such as condenser, top, and outer chamber are made up of Stainless Steel. Working Principle :The raw water is first made to pass around the tubes in the condenser, where it gets heated neatly to the boiling point thus economizing the heating energy. The heated water passes to the evaporator through a water level maintaining pipe. Further, the excess water is let out through over flow. We provide Water Still (Wall Mounting), which is recommended for making pyrogen free distilled water with a very high degree of purity. Made out of S.S, the Water Still contains special kettle element that is fitted with ejection device auto cut, for safety of the element in the case when water supply is stopped. Herein, the cock fitted to the unit is of brass C.P. A. and a wall mounting camp is provided with the unit but without rubber tubing.
