Our offered Product range includes Pure Copper Earthing Rods and Copper Bonded Earthing Rods.
Pure Copper Earthing Rods that we export and supply are extensively in demand amongst buyers. Our rods are made using high conductivity hard drawn copper to BS 2874 - C101. These are ideal for such applications where soil conditions are very corrosive, such as soil with high salt and moisture content. These rods are also available with tin plating in order to reduce the risk of oxidation and thus increase their functional life. Threads on the rods are formed by roll threading process, which provides an extra strength to the threads, eliminating the risk of chipping of threads while driving the rod in the ground.
Our Copper Bonded Earthing Rods are made from high tensile low carbon steel that complies with BS 4360 grade 43A. Each rod is made by molecularly bonding 99.9 % pure electrolytic copper. Moreover, to prevent oxidation of copper bonding, these rods are further treated with benzol - triozole derivatives. The threads on the rods are formed by roll threading process, which gives an extra strength to the threads while eliminating the risk of chipping of threads on driving the rod in the ground.
