STAR-MECH provides economical flow measurement products based on differential pressure principle, suitable to wide range of line size, pressure & temperature applications with service like any liquid, gas or steam. We also provide products for special applications required in the process industries.
Apart from the materials mentioned any other material can be supplied on request. Products with IBR / NIBR option are available.
An integral orifice assembly is a specially designed prefabricated meter run used when a high accuracy in flow measurement is required for extremely small flow rates. This is used where the line size is small than 50 NB (2). Bodies with socket-weld or threaded end connections are available.
STAR-MECH manufactures flow meters (primary elements / devices & secondary devices) from 15 NB (1/2) to 5000 NB (200), pressure upto 250 kg/cm^2, temperature upto 1000C for application with service like any liquid, gas or steam.
We help to select a flow element, depending on the process conditions like orifice plate assembly, integral orifice plate assembly, Averaging Pitot Tube (Fluid-Bar), flow nozzle, venturi tube or aerofoil for the flow meter. These are the elements with high accuracy.
