Slurry Ball Mill Vertical Dr 199 :The ball mill is comprises of Porcelain Jars jar of capacity 8-10 liters per batch. The jar is secured in M. Steel fabricated cage keyed on output shaft of Reduction Gare Box mounted at 45 deg on M. Steel fabricated base frame. The gare Box is driven by TEFC electric motor of 1 HP 1440 RPM suitable to run on 220 Volts Single phase 50Hz and AC supply, Through V-Belt and pully Arrangement. The rack and pinion arrangement is provided in the base frame for replacement of VBelt The jar is contained with 180 porcelain Ceramic balls of assorted size of 15 mm to 40 mm and speed of jar is 72 RPM.
