Also recommended for lubrication of enclosed gear boxes, chain drives, compressors, mining machinery , machine tools and circulating oiling systems.The performance level is formulated to exceed is: 10522 - 1983 performance requirements.

Ensure uniform hardness by preventing deposition of dirt on the parts. These are well suited for hardening a variety of high speed steel tools, ball bearings and other components.

We offer SR 900 Starol Contrans metal working, heat transfer fluids, thermic oils that are thermic fluids are specially developed for use in heat transfer systems to give long and trouble - free service. Contras - 500 upto 600 has been manufactured for use in systems operating upto 300 upto 315 C. These oils have good oxidation and thermal stability and are selected from base stock of low volatility and CCR value. Further, these oils can be used in heat transfer systems designed to use mineral oil as the thermic fluid. For long service life the product should be heated gradually and not subject to thermal shocks. To avoid cracking of the oil and subsquent coke formation, direct flame impingement and high skin temperatures on the tubes should be prevented.
