Starsun Alloys Pvt Ltd.is the flagship company of Starsun Alloys Pvt Ltd having focus on manufacturing, trade, import & export of Lead based products such as Refined Lead with minimum 99.98 % purity, Lead Alloys with Calcium, Antimony, Selenium, Tin and Grey Oxide and Red lead. The annual capacity of the plant is 48,000 MT with an equivalent 60,000-70,000 MT of smelting capacity. Parent company of Starsun Alloys Pvt Ltd recycles used lead acid batteries, lead scrap in environmentally sound manner using most accepted technology worldwide. The plant is equipped with modern machinery and state-of-the-art Pollution Control equipment. The plant has an in-house testing laboratory with Spectrometer of Bruker make (Q-4 Magellan Vaccum Optical Emission Spectrometer). Starsun Alloys Pvt Ltd has installed the following Machinery &Equipments: a. Three melting pots two of 25 MT each & one is 18 MT capacity for Refining of Pure Lead99.98% b. One melting pots of 15 MT capacity for Lead Alloying. c. One dedicated melting pots of 5 MT capacity for Calcium Lead Alloying. d. Three Ball Mills of daily production capacity of 4 MT &8 MT & 12 MT e.
