Special Features:
A mobile rectifier battery charger that we provide our customers with is made with the use of the best quality raw materials. Our company Statcon Energiaa is well-known in the market as one of the best manufacturers, suppliers and exporter of mobile battery chargers that can automatically charge a mobile phone's battery when the power of the battery is low. We store our products in our warehouses that are spacious and make sure that the products are kept in good condition. We test all our products before supplying it to the customers to ensure that it meets the needs of our customers and clients.
Today people use mobile phones to a great extend. These have become an integral part of people's lives and therefore they need to be changed frequently depending on the usage.
Battery charges come as trickle, simple, timer-based, intelligent, universal battery charger analyser, pulse, cant, USB based, inductive, solar chargers and motion powered chargers. These battery chargers also vary based on the application like the battery charger for a vehicle, mobile phone chargers, charge station and electric vehicle battery chargers
Charging Methods
The charging methods are classified into two different types, one is the fast charge method and the second is the slow charging method. Fast charging is the method in which the battery takes around two hours or sometimes less than this to be fully charged. In the case of slow charging methods, the system takes a long time to be fully charged. The slow charging method is extremely beneficial as it does not need any charge detection circuit. Also, this is extremely cheap.
Auto-Turn Off Charger Battery
The chargers that we have can be turned off automatically by using the auto turn off charger battery option. This automatically disconnects the battery from the mains when the battery is charged fully. This system is used partially to discharge cells as well. The circuit is simple and consists of an Alternating circuit and direct circuit, relay drivers and charge stations.
The Charger Circuit
In an alternating current and direct current converter section, the transformer step-downs the available alternating current supply to 9v AC at 75o mA that is rectified by using a full-wave rectifier and then filtered by the capacitor. The 12v DC charging voltage is provided by the regulator and when the switch S1 is pressed, the charger starts working and the power-on LED glows to indicate the charger is on.
The relay driver section consists of PNP transistors to energize the electromagnetic relay. This relay is connected to the collector of the first transistor and it is driven by a second PNP transistor which in turn is driven by the PNP transistor.
In the charging sector, the regulator IC is biased to give about 7.35V. To adjust the bias voltage, present VR1 is used. A D6 diode is connected between the output of the IC and a limited output voltage of the battery up to 6.7V is used for charging the battery.
