On Board Weighing System for Wheel Loaders OnBoard Dumper Weighing System (GUARD53) consists of a very high capacity pressure transducer fixed to the inlet port of the vehicle's lifting cylinder. The hydraulic pressure in the lifting cylinder is proportional to the load carried in the bucket.The output of the pressure transducer is connected to our Indicator which is mounted inside the operators cabin. This Indicator works on 24V DC. The Indicator displays the instantaneous weight of material in the bucket and also totalises this weight reading.

This is a double ended shear beam type of load cell, and is ideal for out door application as it is sealed to an ingress protection The capacity of SW024HO is 20000 Kg and has a safe overload capability of 200% and an ultimate of 300%.Made of a special steel alloy, it is very robust and totally protected from lightning and electrical surges. The SW024HO works on a 10 V dc excitation ( provided from digitizer) and produces an out put of 30 mV at full range.
