1 PAYMENT TERMS100% advance. 2 VALIDITYThis offer is valid for 30 days from the date of offer. 3 STANDARDSAll standards used in the proposal shall be as per relevant Indian/International standards. 4 WARRANTY12 Months for any manufacturing defects.The warranty period shall not cover the following:• Normal wear and tear.• Damages/defects arising out of mal-operation of the plant by the purchaser and accidents.We can provide technical and installation support by telephone. 5 DELIVERY PERIODThe material would be Delivered within 7 Working Days from the Day of confirmation of Order and Advance Payment. 6 STORAGEThe Purchaser shall be responsible to protect the equipment against damage from weather or other causes and for any costs in connection with storage and reconditioning of the plant once supplied.
