The Hot air generators are made available for the various types of industries in capacities from 50, 000 Kcal/hr to 30 Lath K.cal/hr having temperature range from 50 deg C to 500 deg C from indirect firing and 800 deg C to 1000 deg C from direct firing.

Design Features

We offer Direct/Indirect type HAG both in liquid/Gas and solid fuel firing. The output air temperature upto 800 deg. Centigrade.

• The units are designed to achieve maximum efficiency, low maintenance, Compact in size both in horizontal Nertical mountings.
• The construction is multiple concentric shell type, Shell and Tube type, Shell and Shell type and Finnex tube type air heater.
• The units are available in capacity of 50, 000 K.Cal / Hr to 30, 00, 000 K.cal / Hr
• Air flow rates upto 1, 50, 000 Nm3/Hr and temp. upto 550 deg centigrade for indirect type and 1000 deg centigrade for direct fired type
• The fuel gases are inside the shell & process air is made to pass over the shell & the annular area between the shells.
• Inner SS-410 shell for combustion to absorb radiation heat and allow products of combustion to enter second pass and so on.
• Second & third pass for flue gases is through the shells
• Hot air is available at outlet duct of HAG.
• Furnace is fitted with fire bars and is duly refractory lined with fire and insulating bricks.
• Fire door with handle fitted on furnace.
• The complete unit with fresh air supply fan is a packaged unit and is vertical mounted.
