 O-CLEAN3 is water based solution for effectively cleaning surfaces contaminated with oil, grease and lubricants. It is extremely useful for cleaning machinery without damaging paint finish, cleaning industrial floors, chequered plates, oily metal burr from trays and degreasing of metal parts. It is used as an effective hand-wash to clean off oil from workmens’ hands. O-CLEAN3 industrial cleaning solution works by dissolving oil, grease and lubricant. Subsequently, the dissolved oil and impurities can be completely removed from the industrial floor/equipment by cleaning with water. Use of harmful acids and inflammable kerosene, scraping or repeated scrubbing is avoided.

 Oil Cleaning Chemicals- Water Based, Environment Friendly

Oil based fuels and lubricants are crucial consumables for most industries, especially hot forging, hot rolling and heat treatment. Oils have a tendency to leak and stain the shop floors, machinery and workmens’ hands. Environment-friendly, water based oil cleaning chemicals manufactured by SPS have proven to effortlessly and efficiently clean all types of dirty oils, using water. They are found very beneficial in the following applications:

1. Cleaning oil spilled on metallic chequered plates, epoxy floors and shop floors: Due to regular oil spills on shop floor and mud deposits over it, a solid oil-mud cake gets formed. Our oil cleaning solution aids in dissipating this solid cake formation and dissolves the oil such that it can be washed off from the shop floor using water. If this process is repeated 2-3 times, you can expect an oil-free and dirt free, clean shop floor. Subsequent regular floor cleaning using small quantity of our oil cleaning solution will ensure that the shop floor is maintained oil-free, clean and neat.

 2. Cleaning oil from plastic trays, crates and bins used for carrying oily metal products: Metallic bur and oil get deposited in plastic trays. These are tough to remove. Many times, high-pressure washing-machines are used to keep such trays clean. The oil and metallic bur falls into these washing machines, causing choking of filters and stoppage. If plastic trays are dipped only for few minutes into our water-diluted oil-cleaning solution, the oil is cleaned effectively and metallic bur falls off easily. Use of expensive tray washing machines could be avoided in many cases. In most cases, subsequent washing operations are much more effective. Issues of filter choking and excessive load on motor due to metallic dirt is avoided.

3. Cleaning of workmens’ hands: Use of sawdust and washing powder detergent for cleaning oily hands is not effective, neither is it environment friendly. It also leads to dryness and scaling of hands. As opposed to this, use of our oil cleaning solution effectively dissolves the oil and does not cause harm to hands.

4. Cleaning of oil from machinery without damaging its glossy paint finish.

 5. Degreasing of machinery parts by dipping in this liquid.

6. Degreasing of oil-quenched forgings and cleaning of quenching oil from soiled floors.
