The ASX Hot Water boiler guarantees a maximum net working efficiency up to 92% at both high and low thermal load demands. This is mainly due to the generously sized internal transfer surface and the 80mm thick mineral wool lagging. The boiler shell is clad externally by aluminium sheet panels. Special attention having been paid to the elimination of heat bridges across the entire surface of these panels, the upper level walkway and the upper part of the piping panel.
Maintenance and Cleaning
The internal parts and accessories that make up the boiler, are within easy reach to facilitate cleaning, maintenance and inspection to ensure the safety and long life of the boiler.
Instrumentation and Safety Equipment
The accessories supplied with the boiler are those requested by regulation for acquiring the exemptions of use on the premises.
These include:

The boiler is built with materials and procedures that comply with European directives. The Company Quality System controls and authorises the use of materials, production and final testing; particularly:
ultrasonic testing of sheet metal;
radiographic testing of welded parts;
hydraulic testing of pressure;
safety valve calibration check;
correct functioning of the electric control panel in terms of regulation and safety equipment.
The ASX Hot Water Boiler is supplied with a document that contains all the certificates of approval in terms of materials and testing and also a declaration of conformity of the current regulations.
